  • Do you offer delivery services for your rentals?
    Unfortunately, we currently do not offer delivery services for our event rentals. However, we understand that transportation can be a challenge, so we do offer pickup options for our customers. Our team is happy to assist you with loading and unloading your rental items into your vehicle. We also recommend arranging for a friend or family member to help you transport your rentals if needed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
  • What are your in-store pick up times and process?
    All in-store pick ups must be scheduled at the time of booking. Should the time change please alert Amilio's staff immediately. Pick-ups can be scheduled during the following days in times in line with your event, Mon - Sun 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Please see your contract for more specific information. We do not take same day or walk-in orders. All reservations must be placed ahead of time.
  • Is the damage waiver required?
    The damage waiver is a one-time non-refundable fee that covers the customer for accidental damage to the rental equipment. It does not cover vandalism, theft, mysterious disappearance or excessive damage. The customer may decline damage waiver but will be responsible for the replacement cost of any damaged items; additional charges may apply. The customer retains full responsibility for rented equipment from the time of pick-up/delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.
  • Are deposits refundable?
    Deposits are non-refundable, unless for some reason we cannot fulfill your order. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will work with you to reschedule your event or make other arrangements if necessary. However, we cannot issue refunds for deposits that have already been made. We encourage all customers to carefully review our policies and terms of service before placing an order, to ensure that they are fully aware of our policies and procedures. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
  • What happens if I don't return my rental item on time?
    If you do not return your rental item within the time provided at pickup, you will be charged the rental fee every day until it's returned. We understand that sometimes things come up, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to extend your rental period. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and avoid any additional fees. However, it's important to note that late returns can impact other customers who have reserved the same item, so please be considerate of their needs as well.
  • Can I place a same-day order online
    Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day orders through our online platform. However, you are welcome to call us and see if someone is available to allow the rental on the same day. Our team will do their best to accommodate your needs and ensure that your event is a success. Please note that additional fees may apply for same-day orders.
  • Do I have to sign a rental agreement?
    Yes, at Amilio's Event Rentals, we require all customers to sign a rental agreement at the time of pick up. This agreement outlines the items rented, pick up date and time, and the agreed upon return date and time. It also includes any additional fees if required. We take our rental agreements seriously to ensure our customers have a clear understanding of their rental responsibilities and to protect our inventory.
